Iran steel products
Iran steel products manufacturers first came into existence more than a hundred years ago. Since then the industry has gone through numerous milestones which now makes it number 11 in the world iron production in the year 2019. Utilizing vast iron ore resources, Iran has exported more than 7 million metric tons of various products including steel girders, rebar, column profiles, and angles to more than 20 countries around the world in the first 9 months of 2022.
International traders from countries such as Belgium, Spain, Turkey, Armenia, and UAE prefer Iran-made steel products due to their considerable profit margin and sustainable quality. Moreover, Iran's strategic location and access to a variety of transportation infrastructures including commercial ports, connected rail roads to Turkey & CIS countries, and highways make the shipping cost lower in comparison to any other supplier in the middle east.

H-Beam / I-Beam
An I-beam, also known as H-beam (for universal column, UC), and w-beam (for "wide flange") is usually made of structural steel and is used in construction and civil engineering. In Iran, these products are made in numerous factories. Steel beams are typically manufactured in two cross sections, I and H, which are known as narrow and wide wing beams, respectively.
These two parts have varied strengths and use and are made in various dimensions. The beam is made up of two horizontal (wing), and a vertical (web) part. The web withstands shear stress and the wings withstand bending moments. As per trading & engineering point of view available metal/iron beams in Iran include:

Rebar / Reinforcing steel / Reinforcing bar
Rebar also commonly called reinforcing bars are high-tensile steel rods used to strengthen and reinforce concrete slabs and structures. Iran-supplied reinforcing bar is available in various diameters ranging from 8mm to 32mm and 6 to 12 meters in length. However, some factories also provide custom-cut services to cut the reinforcing bars to your specific requirements.
In Iran, rebar is supplied under following Russian standards:
1. A1 (S240) rebar/reinforcing bar/reinforcing steel
2. A2 (S340) rebar/reinforcing bar/reinforcing steel
3. A3 (S400) rebar/reinforcing bar/reinforcing steel
4. A4 (S500) rebar/reinforcing bar/reinforcing steel
Moreover, stainless-steel rebar which has higher corrosion-resistant properties is also available in Iran steel manufacturers for a reasonable price.
The lead time for rebar products in Iran manufacturers is mostly below 7 days.

Angle Bar / Sheet Metal Angle
Angle bars sometimes referred to as "L Brackets," are metal brackets that give construction support. It is frequently put within or around the margins of beams and other platforms that might not be able to support the anticipated weight.
For a variety of walls and surfaces, these corners and rims are employed. Such bars may be quickly and readily fastened to almost any surface by drilling or welding.
A wide variety of bar-shaped architectural components are represented by equal-angle bars. They do have parallel legs, and ASTM A 484 specifies their resistance.
The standard length of the angle bar is 6 meters.
The smallest produced angle bar in Iran with a reasonable price is 20x10x3 millimeters and the largest one is 200x150x15 millimeters.
The top five Iran angle bar/sheet metal angles are Fulad nabe Tabriz, Zob Ahan Isfahan, Foolad Sazan Sepahan, Fulad Shekofte Mashhad, and Koohpaye.

Wire Rod
A rolled steel product (alloy or non-alloy) with a rectangular, rounded, hexagonal, or square form, wire rod is made from semi-finished steel Specifically, further cold drawing can produce fine cross-sections. Depending on the capacity of the mill's equipment, the coils' internal diameter frequently ranges from 810 to 910 millimeters, and their exterior diameter from 1100 to 1300 millimeters.
Therefore, the weight of the coils varies between 600 kg and greater than 2 tons.
In Iran, 1.5mm - 6mm diameter wire rod is available in 15kg to 500kg packaging to be shipped in the next 7 days through land, sea, and rail freight.
There are numerous different products that employ wire rod. For instance, wire is used to make wire ropes, barbed wire, wire mesh, and nails, as well as springs, welded wire mesh, and reinforcing wire, depending on how it is cold-formed and heated.

Z Profiles
Z profiles are manufactured in the desired sizes and dimensions by performing perforation and burr-free cutting in the desired dimensions and axes in accordance with project specifications and with personal packaging for individuals and businesses. Z profiles are utilized as purlins, stringcourses, and facade profiles in heavy steel industrial buildings subjected to high loads.
Moreover, Z profiles are used in load-bearing columns, beams, and roof trusses in non-industrial steel structures such as light gauge steel structures, warehouses, hangars, and barns. The requirements of the materials can be hard or soft depending on the stresses on them, and the thickness of the galvanized coating can alter depending on the needed corrosion resistance, or paint over a hot-rolled sheet can be used. Steel Pipes
Steel pipes for oil and gas transmission that are suitable for use in sour and sweet services come in a variety of sizes, from 1/2" to 120", thicknesses, and standards, ranging from Grade B to Grade X70, and can be supplied by domestic and international manufacturers in the following ways: seamless, ERW, LSAW, SSAW, and SPIRAL.
Although more expensive than other types of pipes, they have the benefit of being able to handle high pressures and being available in more convenient lengths, as well as being quickly welded, resulting in cheaper installation and shipping costs. When compared to other materials, these pipes are very efficient, may be utilized in tiny diameters as needed, and are 100% recyclable. The pipes can then be melted down and converted into other industrially useful materials.

Sheet Metal
Sheet metal is metal that has been produced into thin, flat slabs, typically by an industrial process. Sheet metal is a fundamental kind of metalworking that can be cut and bent into a number of shapes. Extremely thin sheets are termed foil or leaf, whereas parts larger than 6 mm (0.25 in) are classified as plate, such as plate steel, a type of structural steel.
Sheet metal comes in flat chunks or coiled strips. A continuous sheet of metal is fed through a roll slitter to generate the coils.
Sheet metal is used in automotive and truck (lorry) bodywork, major appliances, airplane fuselages and wings, tinplate for tin cans, building (architecture) roofs, and a variety of other uses. Sheet metal made of iron and other magnetically conductive elements, commonly known as laminated steel cores, is used in transformers and electric machinery.

Box Profiles
A coil is shaped into a box profile, which is then passed through a succession of dies. To construct its shape, it is welded from the inside out. Box profiles are commonly utilized for structural and maintenance purposes. When opposed to angles or channels, its box-shaped construction provides significantly more strength and stiffness.
Profiles made of carbon steel are the most widely used profiles in both construction and industrial applications. Carbon steel profile is usually made of ST37 sheet metal. The carbon steel profile used in construction has a thickness between 2 and 5 mm and is usually used for the facade of the building or for the construction of doors and windows. Meanwhile, carbon steel profiles up to 400 mm in size are used in the industry; Industries such as bridge construction, military industries, and the manufacturing of industrial devices.
